Before focusing on acquisition, I spent time looking at the Upstate Collective’s sales funnel to see where people were dropping off. Their website bookings were strong, but most of their reservations came through Airbnb, where the booking experience wasn’t as smooth.
By reviewing successful listings, user behavior, and FAQs, I was able to improve the booking process and increase conversions by around 15% over 90 days.
