I’m now bridging the gap between their product and marketing teams, implementing new features, and leading user acquisition efforts.

Early on, I worked with the founders to define our target audience, focusing on three groups:
Early adopters – people who believe in the movement and want to support it.
Professionals – salespeople and freelancers who want to prove their authenticity online.
Platforms – marketplaces like eBay or Facebook, where verification helps prevent fraud.
With these audiences in mind, we defined clear messaging: RealHumans helps users prove they’re real, build trust online, and protect communities from bots and fraud. This messaging serves as the foundation for all marketing and product initiatives.

For early adopters, we’re testing gamified incentives (Ex: Add 25 people for a badge) and referral loops to drive growth. For professionals, we’re highlighting the value of credibility in networks and transactions. And for platforms, we’re positioning RealHumans as a fraud-prevention solution.
